Labyrinth Facilitation

The labyrinth is an ancient guide to the path of life,
a moving meditation and spiritual compass
through which the heart and soul commune with the Sacred.

I offer guided labyrinth walks for both individuals and groups, creating a contemplative space for reflection and inner connection. Each walk can be centered around a theme that holds meaning for you or your group.

I also offer presentations on labyrinths - from a brief introduction to a more in-depth 45-minute talk - that explore their origins, symbolism, purpose and on how to engage with labyrinths in a meaningful way.

If you want to organize an event for your group or
if you'd like to be kept informed of upcoming events, contact me.

What is a labyrinth?

The labyrinth is an ancient pattern found across cultures and traditions—a single, winding path that leads to the center then back out again. Unlike a maze, it has no tricks or dead ends; its purpose is not to confuse, but to guide. Walking the labyrinth is a moving meditation, a journey inward where body, mind, and spirit come into harmony. Each step invites reflection and renewal, quieting the mind, opening the heart, and offering a way to reconnect with your sacred self.

Why walk a labyrinth?

The labyrinth invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and enter a sacred space of stillness and meaning. People walk for many reasons — to honor a life transition, to release sorrow, to seek clarity, or simply to breathe and be. Each turn of the path offers an opportunity to:

  • Reconnect with your inner wisdom and spirit

  • Find peace amid uncertainty

  • Reflect on where you’ve been and where you’re going

  • Open your heart to healing and renewal

  • Listen for insights that arise in quiet moments
